We don't have access to any conditions in the xml, they're in the game itself which we can't control. Take a look into the code and in Cupids skill removal thread, you'll see there isn't much more we can do than change the priority of the skill.

Doesn't work, they'll cover all the other skills even when they're on cooldown. Already tested it with V and I've heard 4 is the same.

Not possible in simple mode without changing the keys around and making a macro, simple mode works in a priority system, not a predetermined skill then another predetermined skill like the game would seem to imply.

Find the skill ID for summoner escape, ctrl F it in the summoner xml64.dat, Change it from Skillbar-2(? I think it's on 2) to Stance. Now you have it on tab, is that what you want?
