Well quite a few people are using it and no one got banned.

If bnspatch is installed properly on you client the sliders should works fine.

You can only extract/export V3 translation not work for V3 files.

Updated! Select V3 to extract the new .dat files it also can repack but the client will not read the new file.

There will be no update for a while because NCsoft introduced a new layer of security that prevents the client from loading modified .dat files.

I downloaded the client and they changed a lot i could not figure out the new key/xor keys but @Endless is working on it.

Well it seems like the client changed a lot and i can't find the key with just the bin folder where i can download the full client?
